Fundraising

What is fundraising?

SAVI's Community Fundraising department works with many organisations, groups and individuals across the county to raise money to fund the work of the charity.

Sources of income vary from small fundraising events to major donations. Donors range in age from young children to very elderly people. The sources of income include members of the public, local councils, businesses large and small and of course our volunteers, staff and their families.

Every single person who gives to SAVI, whether as part of a group effort, through their company, religious group, club or individually is equally appreciated. The charity’s work to support people with visual impairment can only continue through voluntary income gifts.
