Carmel Kavanagh is the Financial Controller of the Surrey Association for Visual Impairment. She has 30 years experience working in Finance, within industry for companies such as BAA PLC and London Underground and extensive management experience within the public sector when she worked for the London Development Agency, monitoring London's £250m Single Regeneration Budget (SRB). She took up the postition with SAVI from a charity associated with the Peabody Trust called 'SAFE IN THE CITY', where she was Head of Finance.
